Presentation of the book " Il governo dei giudici " by Sabino Cassese

On Tuesday, November 29th, at 2:30 p.m., at the Aula Magna of the Sant'Anna School, is scheduled the presentation of the book "Il governo dei giudici" (Laterza, 2022), by Sabino Cassese. The event is an opportunity to reflect on fundamental issues of the rule of law, in the balance of powers, with particular reference to the relationship between legislative and judicial in the context of criminal justice.

In addition to the presence of the author, the debate will include the participation of Tullio Padovani, former professor of Criminal Law at the Sant'Anna School, Anna Rosa Ruggiero, from the University of Tuscia, and Giuseppe Di Federico, professor emeritus of Judicial Order at the University of Bologna.
